Neeta Sarl

Co-Founder & Lead Sound Therapist

Neeta is an Advanced certified sound therapist & professional music producer, working at the intersection of music, wellness, and science where her work has reached millions of listeners.

With family roots in devotional music (Sikh Kirtan), she brings a unique sensitivity to the craft: authentic connection to sacred sound, a deep understanding of the science, and professional expertise in frequencies and sound.

At Sollos, Universal Music Group, Neeta developed a scientifically backed sound therapy music system, blending monaural beats with well-known hits. She also produced hour-long wellness remixes of major artists designed to help with sleep, relaxation and focus.

Jim Halloran

Co-Founder & Sound Therapist

Jim is an advanced certified sound therapist, lifelong musician, immersive events specialist and Mental Health First Aider.

Through his own healing journey from a spinal injury, he learned how holistic therapies and sound in particular can influence the body and support recovery.

Holding a Master's in Cybercrime and Terrorism, Jim is acutely attuned to the psychological impacts of screen addiction and AI. He's passionate about creating peaceful spaces that promote digital detox and rest through sound.
