About the event
Solstice marks the longest day and a sound bath is a beautiful way to celebrate this occasion, and honour the light. We use himalayan bowls, gong, wind chimes, ocean drum and ambient electronic soothing tones to soothe the body, mind and spirit.
This 75 minute session will guide the nervous system into deeper states of consciousness, helping you rest, repair and clear emotional blockages. Many participants express lasting feelings from our sound bath for days.
Includes a complimentary tea after the session to help you hydrate and reintegrate 💗
