Sauna + Sound Bath

This 90-minute session pairs the heat of the wood-fired sauna with an immersive sound bath in nature. A full sensory retreat that restores the mind, body and spirit.

Bringing these modalities together deepens their individual effects, encouraging deep relaxation and a heightened sense of presence. The session begins with 1 hour of sauna, followed by a sound journey around the fire.

When we bring these modalities together, they can enhance the effects upon one and other, making the restorative stuff even more powerful. This is a sauna session, followed by a sound bath. Both sauna's and sound work is powerful, and this ensures ultimate relaxation and sensation for your body.

Using Himalayan bowls, gong, wind chimes, ocean drum, and ambient electronic tones, you’ll be gently guided into a peaceful state.
